We’re Hiring: Recovery Education and Skills Manager

As A Better Tomorrow continues to grow, we’re excited to be recruiting for a brand new role that will help us to develop even more pathways and unlock even more passions in our clients. 

Our Recovery Education and Skills Manager will lead and develop our learning and skills programmes, supporting adults navigating some of life’s most complex challenges — from recovery and mental health to homelessness and domestic abuse. It’s a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of lived experience facilitators and building partnerships with external training providers to expand the educational offer available to our community.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for learning, a trauma-informed approach, and experience working with adults with complex needs. Lived experience is welcomed and valued.

Based in Telford, the role is full-time at 35 hours a week, with a salary of £30,000 to £33,000.
