Our service

In our recovery houses, we provide our clients with a safe place to live and support for their addictions, alongside attending a comprehensive programme to aid recovery from substance misuse.
The recovery houses offer a stable environment to focus on recovery, surrounded by a supportive peer community. Clients build connections, share experiences and gain encouragement.

The holistic programme addresses physical, psychological, and social aspects of addiction, empowering their path to lasting recovery with individualised treatment plans.

A Better Tomorrow accepts referrals from across the country but prioritises Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire.

We offer a variety of psychosocial groups facilitated by experienced professionals. These groups provide a safe and supportive environment.

Peer support

We allow individuals to share their experiences and gain strength from others who understand their struggles.

Promote wellbeing

We offer a diverse range of activities designed to promote wellbeing including; arts and crafts, baking, cooking and music.

Individualised support

We offer one-on-one support with experienced professionals who can address individual concerns and provide guidance in a confidential setting.

Your journey to drug & alcohol recovery

We are passionate about every single one of our clients future, and we work together to make sure it is as bright as possible.

Refer yourself/ someone

When you fill out an online referral or call us, your details are sent to the correct department within A Better Tomorrow.

Initial contact

Our staff will phone and text the client to establish contact. An initial assessment is then made and if the client wishes to proceed, a face-to-face assessment is booked in.

Face to face assessment

During the assessment, the client is told what would be expected of them within the project and staff are able to ensure all questions pertinent to our policies and procedures are met.

Decision

After the assessment has been completed the team will then discuss if the client is suitable for the project and perhaps bring in another department if necessary. A decision is then made.

Move in

The client is contacted again and a move in date is arranged. As long all criteria are met on that date the client will be moved in.
