We are delighted to share that A Better Tomorrow has received a generous £2,000 donation from Housing Group Plus, in support of our Welcome Pack appeal.
This incredible contribution will go directly towards creating welcome packs for new clients arriving at our recovery houses, many of whom come to us with very little, having left behind difficult or dangerous situations to take the brave step of starting again.
Each welcome pack contains the everyday essentials that help someone feel human again: toiletries, clean towels and bedding, basic clothing, food staples for their first few days, and a small comfort item to make their new space feel like home. Simple things, but for someone in crisis, they make all the difference.
Scott Morgan, our Chief Executive, expressed his gratitude:
“When someone arrives at A Better Tomorrow, they are often carrying very little apart from the clothes they are wearing.
Our welcome packs are our way of saying: you are safe, you are valued, and this is the beginning of something new.
Housing Plus Group has made it possible for us to extend that welcome to so many more people, and we cannot thank them enough. This kind of support makes a moment of crisis into the first step of a fresh start.
We extend a big thank you to the team at Housing Plus Group.”
Housing Group Plus shares our belief that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home, and we are proud to have their support behind us.
A huge thank you to Housing Plus Group for giving hundreds of people a warm welcome as they begin their recovery journey.
A Better Tomorrow is client-focused. We strive to help as many people as possible. With your support, we can provide even more care and guidance to vulnerable individuals in our community.
