Our Social Media Approach
We use our social media channels to share our work, celebrate the achievements of our community, raise awareness of recovery and wellbeing, and keep people informed about the support and opportunities we provide.
We are committed to ensuring our online spaces remain respectful, welcoming and supportive for everyone.
From time to time, we receive comments on our social media channels that are critical or confrontational. As a matter of policy, we do not respond publicly to comments of this nature.
We do not believe that social media is the appropriate place to resolve complaints, disagreements or individual concerns. Public exchanges rarely lead to constructive outcomes and can detract from the supportive environment we work hard to create.
Instead, we will always seek to resolve concerns through respectful, open and direct communication. We encourage anyone who has a question, concern or complaint to contact us personally so that we can listen, understand the issue and work towards a positive resolution.
Our Door Is Always Open
If you have a concern, a complaint or simply want to talk something through, we encourage you to get in touch. You are always welcome.
You can speak with a member of our Senior Management Team, arrange an appointment or visit us during our opening hours. We are committed to treating every individual with dignity, respect and compassion.
