We’ve got some exciting news. Viki has joined A Better Tomorrow, and she is our very first employee.

This is a huge moment for us. It was only back in March that we officially launched the charity. A little under five months on, we’re taking on our first member of staff. For a young charity that’s a massive step, and one we’re really proud of.

Scott Morgan, our CEO, said:

“I’m really excited to welcome Viki to A Better Tomorrow Charity. Taking on our first employee is a huge step for the charity, and it’s so important for our clients as we continue to grow. Viki brings exactly the kind of passion we want at the heart of what we do, and I can’t wait to see the difference she’ll make.”

Viki joins us as our Recovery Education and Skills Manager. Helping people find their way back into learning, training and also finding hobbies and activities which they enjoy. It is a key part of our recovery programme, and it’s clear she cares deeply about it.

Viki commented:

“I’m passionate about supporting people to find their way into learning. Whether someone lacks confidence or is simply unsure where to start, it’s important to help them believe that learning is something they’re capable of and deserving of. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and helping people find new passions, new skills and start believing in their own potential.”

We wrap support around every person who joins us. Education, care and training, all under one roof: We help our clients through those early days of recovery, when everything feels new and a bit daunting. We help them reconnect with the things they love. And often we help them discover a passion they never knew they had.

Bringing Viki on board is a big part of growing what we can offer.

Welcome, Viki. We’re simply thrilled to have you with us.
