A Better Tomorrow Awarded Grant to Invest in Its Team

We are thrilled to share that A Better Tomorrow has been awarded a £3,000 grant from the Community Foundation for Staffordshire and Shropshire’s Randal Fund, to support our Staff Training and Development programme.

The award, made in April 2026, will go directly towards equipping our dedicated team with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver the highest standard of care and support across our recovery houses.

Martin, our Chief Operating Officer, shared his delight at the news:

“Training is a core part of how we operate at ABT. Our staff want to continually grow and develop in their roles as and we want to provide every opportunity for them to do that. Whether that’s staying up to date with safeguarding and neurodivergency, developing as professional leaders, or building a professional, safe and compliant housing and maintenance team, we are committed to equipping our people with all the skills they need to carry out their role to an exceptional standard.

Our team genuinely loves learning, and this grant means we can keep investing in it. It will make a real difference to the quality of support we can offer the people we welcome through our doors and into the ABT community.”
